A framework is only as useful as what it lets you do. The Human OS structure — Inputs, Interference, Output — is a way of thinking about your nervous system that should translate into specific decisions, specific measurements, and specific outcomes. The cases on this page are examples.
Migraine cases. Patients who had been on multiple medications, had clear imaging, and had been told to manage their condition rather than expect resolution. The cases here show what happens when the upper cervical spine is added to the picture — what changed, in what order, on what timeline.
Post-concussion stories. Athletes, parents, and patients who got back to full function after concussion symptoms had outlasted the standard recovery window. The cervicogenic component is the connecting thread.
Chronic pain reframes. Cases where pain that was being treated as a structural or muscular problem turned out to be an autonomic dysregulation pattern. Once the nervous system shifted, the pain resolved.
Vertigo and dizziness resolution. Patients with normal vestibular testing whose vertigo persisted until upper cervical correction addressed the cervicogenic input.
Anxiety and autonomic recovery. Cases where HRV-tracked autonomic shifts paralleled symptom improvement — the measurable change that conventional anxiety care often can't document.
Sports recovery. Professional and amateur athletes — the kind of patients whose work depends on being able to perform — and how nervous-system-first care fit into their training and recovery.
Every case study on this hub is grounded in real outcomes. We don't fictionalize. We anonymize where the patient wants anonymity. We use direct patient quotes where they've given permission. Where measurement data exists (HRV curves, sEMG patterns, x-ray comparisons), we include it.
What we don't do: cherry-pick. The cases here are representative of the kinds of outcomes we see, not the most spectacular examples we could surface. The published research on Atlas Orthogonal and upper cervical care documents the average effect across populations. The case studies on this page show what those averages look like at the level of a specific person.
If you've been a patient at Foresight and want to share your experience as a case study — anonymous or named — reach out at connect@foresightchiropractic.com. We work with patients directly on how their story gets written and what gets included.
If you're not a patient yet and you want to understand what kinds of outcomes are realistic for your case, read the cases below or schedule an assessment.

A practical, layered sequence for downshifting a stuck nervous system — from inputs you can change today, to the structural layer where most people plateau.
