Cortisol works to block swelling and pain and it works very well in blocking the early stages of inflammation. When the levels are high, the healing of wounds is also highly promoted. The results of the research have also shown that cortisol is also an excellent painkiller.
In summary, the study showed that spinal adjustments clearly show that the positive effects in the blood of each of these hormones as well as better overall functioning of the body, natural healing for our bodies.
