Pain Relief From Tendinitis

If you are active in tennis, pickleball, golf, or other sports or activities where repetitive motion is involved, you may have experienced pain in your elbow and arm. That pain may have been substantial and stopped you from your activities and interrupted your life.

As this video demonstrates, pain can be so intense that lifting a small child, opening a door, shaking hands with someone, or even picking up a glass of water can be intensely painful.

What people describe as tennis elbow or golf elbow is a form of tendinitis -- or swelling of the tendons.  It can cause excruciating pain in the elbow and the arm, and can start from repetitive motion and playing sports, or from activities like carpentry, typing, painting, or knitting. Any activity that requires you to grip something, especially using the thumb and first few fingers, can contribute to tendinitis.

The core issue that often leads to these problems is muscle weakness and imbalance. It can be an individual muscle or a muscle group not functioning properly, and the brain will recruit other muscles to help out which can lead to muscle weakness, pain, and injury.

The good news is that there IS a solution!

The best solution may lie with a unique and revolutionary sports medicine technique called Advanced Muscle Integration Technique (Muscle Regen) – and it helps to accelerate healing, reduce or eliminate chronic pain, maximize body function and performance, and help prevent future injuries.

The developers of the Muscle Regen system discovered that a leading cause of pain is inhibited muscles resulting from overuse or injury.  Although the pain of the injury may go away over time, the functional muscle imbalance remains.  Eventually, these functional imbalances lead to chronic pain. By defining and correcting these imbalances, healing and rehabilitation can take place rapidly without the need for drugs or surgery.

Muscle Regen practitioners test over 600 muscles for strength and proper functioning.  They specifically identify inhibited muscles and define body and joint movement patterns that are not stable and can lead to injury and reduced performance.

Once inhibited muscles are identified, Muscle Regen treatment begins with stimulation of seven specific reflex points and then adjusting specific points on the spine.  After stimulating these points, the Muscle Regen practitioner will re-test the muscles to determine that they have been re-activated and are strong.
